Important SACS Enrollment Dates
January - Enrollment for the next school year begins for Current and New PreK-8 families
March - Financial assistance application must be completed on TADS for consideration for the next school year
Re-Enrollment Process
You will receive an email in late January with instructions on enrolling through TADS, our tuition management system.
On TADS, you will be asked to:
- Confirm contact information
- Confirm tuition payment plan and bank information
- Pay the $150 enrollment commitment fee (per family), which will be billed immediately on the day of enrollment
- There is a one-time, $55 fee. This is a TADS fee and will be deducted from your account at the time you complete your Tuition Agreement.
- Apply for financial assistance if necessary through TADS
- PreK/Kindergarten ONLY - register for summer preschool at the time of enrollment
Current families who will be enrolling an additional child at SACS (younger sibling), please email, call, or drop a note to Mary Holmes (952-445-3387 ext 183, mholmes@sacsschools.org) by mid-January with the following information:
- Child’s first and last name
- Gender
- Birthday
- Intended Grade
We need to add this information into our database so we can place your child in a class.
Age Policy for Preschool and Kindergarten
Half-Day Morning PreK, 3-Day (Mon/Wed/Fri): student must be three (3) years old on or before September 1 of the calendar year in which they intend to enroll at SACS
Half-Day Morning PreK, 5-Day (Mon-Fri): student must be three (3) years old on or before September 1 of the calendar year in which they intend to enroll at SACS
School Day PreK, 5-Day: student must be three (3) years old on or before September 1 of the calendar year in which they intend to enroll at SACS
Extended Day PreK, 5-Day: student must be three (3) years old on or before September 1 of the calendar year in which they intend to enroll at SACS
Kindergarten: student must be five (5) years old on or before September 1 of the calendar year in which they intend to enroll at SACS per the Minnesota Department of Education
YMCA Before/After School Care
K-5 YMCA registration is online as in the past at www.ymcamn.org.
