Shakopee Area Catholic School Social Studies Standards and Benchmarks
The social studies philosophy is aligned with the standards of the National Council for Social Studies. Each of the five strands contributes to developing students who are cognizant of the historical perspectives and contemporary issues. We believe they will be responsible citizens and informed consumers.
